Arch Roasters – Return & Refund Policy
At Arch Roasters, every bag of coffee is roasted fresh in small batches to ensure the highest quality.
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns on opened coffee bags.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the product, and we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Quality Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your coffee for any reason, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. We want you to love what you drink and will work with you to make it right.
Shipping Issues
Arch Roasters is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If a package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us and we will help resolve the issue.
