Arch Roasters sells freshly roasted coffee beans.


All products are roasted in small batches and may vary slightly in flavor, roast level, and appearance due to the nature of coffee.


Coffee is a perishable product and should be consumed within a reasonable time after purchase for best quality.


 

3. Cottage Food Disclosure

 

Arch Roasters operates under the Colorado Cottage Food Act.


Our products are produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection.


Products are intended for direct consumer purchase within the state of Colorado.

 

4. Ordering and Payment

 

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:


  • product availability
  • errors in product or pricing information
  • suspected fraudulent activity


Payment must be received before orders are processed and shipped.

 

5. Shipping

Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 1–3 business days.


Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays or seasonal demand.


Arch Roasters is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

 

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final.


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.


Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to make things right when possible.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and pricing are accurate, but errors may occur.
